QuestionThe Red Button seems to only work for Alexa even though I want to use it as a mute/unmute button. Is there a way to re-program this? I could care less about using it exclusively for Alexa.

- Answer It is supposed to mute calls or music maybe try going in the settings than apps then find Plantronics try turning off alexa. Hope this helps

QuestionHas anyone tried synching this to a pc laptop? I'm looking for something I can use with Zoom and TEAMS calls for work. If you have, how's the mic sound to everyone else? Do you come across as tinny, metallic or echoey?
