• Yes, the dispenser can be transported on it's side if needed. It would need to be set upright for 24 hours before using the cooling function in order to allow the compressor lubricant to settle.

• I would refer to your Owners Manual. Typically, when a refrigerant type equipment it should always be remain upward. You can always move your front seat back and put in your car. Or hire an Uber or Lyft who has an minivan.
