QuestionWhy are the 3 middle green lights flashing?

- Answer Hello Kisst, This is a sign that the unit did not dispenser enough water within the programmed amount of time. You should unplug the unit, remove the brewer drawer and carefully check the upper needle in the unit for clogging. This typically happens when used pods are left in the unit. You should then wipe the needle and use a thin prod (such as a tooth pick or paper clip) to carefully dislodge the clog. Put the tray back, plug in the unit, then attempt to rerun a 10oz cycle (without a pod) when the unit is ready. They will likely see the debris come out with the water. - Answer You can use any water bottle. I have been using this product for the past 6 years and I have about 8 water bottles all different brand and I never have any problem so far.

QuestionDoes this dispenser have a loud hum when the condenser coils are cooling the water (not when dispensing the water)? I am renting a dispenser from my water company and it makes an obnoxious hum when the condenser is cooling the water.

- Answer It has a super loud hum. Louder than my freezer box and fridge. Quite annoying actually. I'm actually returning mine because of it.

- Answer Yes, the dispenser can be transported on it's side if needed. It would need to be set upright for 24 hours before using the cooling function in order to allow the compressor lubricant to settle.

- Answer Yes. When the dispenser needs to replenish the reservoirs after dispensing, the pump will be heard for a short period of time while it pumps water from the bottle.

- Answer No need to replace the tube. The bottle probe assembly is designed to allow the collar to separate from the top and slide down to secure to the necks of shorter bottles.

- Answer The power and self-sanitization share an LED light. The light will always be solid when plugged in and will flash when the sanitization cycle is running.

- Answer Good Afternoon, Thank you for reaching out to us. In order to remove the door on your Primo water bottom load dispenser, please find the removable hinge on the bottom of the unit. You will need a Phillips screwdriver to loosen and remove the pin, once removed, the door will slide down from the upper pin and can be taken off. Please be aware that the upper pin is molded into the dispenser and cannot be replaced. As always, please let us know how we can be of further assistance. Best Regards, José R.

- Answer Thank you for reaching out. Great question! Our dispensers are rated 500 W (420 hot/80 cold). They are rated for 6 Amps. Daily average consumption (24 hour period) is less than 0.87 kWh/day when at idle. Power consumption will vary based on the consumer.
