Hi Matt, Thank you for reaching out to us. We are very sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Primo water dispenser. We'd love to help you find a solution to this issue. If you have not tried it, turn off switches on the back and unplug your machine. While the machine is turned off and unplugged, dispense about 4 cups of water from the cold dispenser. Then, plug the machine back on and turn on only the green switch. Allow one hour for the unit to cool the water before checking the temperature. You can either call our customer service line or respond via email at [email protected]. Troubleshooting effectiveness is at its highest when it is over the phone, and the customer is at the machine.
