  • QuestionDoes this dispenser make a loud hum when it is cooling the water?

    Asked by Dejavoo.

    • Answer Thank you for reaching out. I’d love to help you with this. Usually, when this occurs, it is because of the way the hose lays on the bottle. Dispense water, so it begins to pump, and then stop dispensing and open the door. You can usually see the hose vibrating against the bottle. Just reposition the probe, and that typically fixes it. If this does not resolve the issue, please email us at [email protected]. Thank you, Debra H.

    Asked by doodlebugger.

    • Answer I’ve had mine for just over a year, same problem. I took the top of, got into the reservoir and it was frozen solid with ice. I turned off cold water switch and water started to run again after it thawed. Tryied the cable box fix of unplugging for a time and plugging back in but no luck, still freezes up. Any suggestions? $250 for room temp seems expensive to me.

  • QuestionHow do I change the temperature of water on the bottom loading water cooler to a much cooler temp. It is just room temp right now.

    Asked by Blake.

    • Answer Bottom loader dispensers do not have a room adjustment. If you have not tried it, turn off switches on the back and unplug your machine.
