The service has become TERRIBLE. It use to be great. For the past two years they always say the same thing: we have an unusually high call volume - they ALWAYS say this. WHat they should say and more honest is - we don't have enough staff. And yet we raised our prices. I dropped my total tech because of this.

Recently, I waited 2.5 hours, and the Tier 3 tech did not greet me, just started and used a Windows 10 optimizer instead of Windows 11 for a new computer that I just purchased with Best Buy. Also I prefer American English speaking techs because they are easier to communicate with and more knowledgeable.
