Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well it's not in the box but it is included. What is included in the box is just a card for a 30-day trial. However, I phoned iFit and they were able to set me up with a 1-year trial iFit Family membership, which is authorized for these Carbon CX bikes from Best Buy. No special treatment involved. The customer service phone is (866) 608-1798 or it looks like you can text HELP to 97836. It's annoying you have to contact them for the 1-year membership, but at least it works!
