Quicken does try to keep a lower price only available to new users. There may or may not be ways to renew the subscription at that price, but if you buy a "new members only" box you really can't complain if it's good for new members only. Do you feel lucky?

Maybe you can return what you bought and buy the box that does not say for new costumers only. You will get a activation code you can put in Quicken under the Help tab/ Enter Activation Code. I bought the box that did not say for new costumers only and the code worked just fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had that as well. Quicken kept sending me emails for discounts, but every time I tried one, I was being charged the full price. So I bought third party and had the same issue that it was for new members. I've filled in the form for a refund at Quicken, we'll see how that goes. I've used Quicken for many years. There isn't any other software package that offers the same features.
