- Answer You can hook up to the old waterline and that isn't true that it needs to be stainless, mine are copper and it works great. The serviceman didn't want to do their job that they were sent to do and you were told that they would do.

- Answer They won't do it. It requires a separate work order and $50 payment. So Frustrating!! They should have asked about this when we bought the fridge. Used to be part of the install of a fridge when delivered but not any more. Sad state.
