Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Remove the bottom plastic kick plate from the frig. There are 2 nuts on each side. One will adjust the wheel to go up and down. Recommend using a cordless drill with socket.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Maybe you should call and have them come back out to properly level the legs. I didn't have this problem because the installers checked for leveling before they left.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know that model but on ours, remove the cover over the feet and using a hex head driver turn the leveler feet. The end of the screw in legs has a hext head. Our installer had a bit on his drill to do this quickly. Our guys didn't do it either till I complained about the way the door swung open vs swinging closed by default.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Our Best Buy purchased Whirlpool side by side Refrigerator we were told had no adjustments for leveling the unit. We did ask the question and that was the answer given by the installers. Ours is working fine and makes no unnecessary humming sounds. Recommend you consult with the manufacturer on this issue.
