- Answer Hi Bob, Thanks for your question, All reMarkable devices will receive the latest software updates for free. We carry out our software rollouts gradually over several weeks so that any minor issues or bugs in the new release can be ironed out. This means that not all users will receive the update at the same time. If you’ve enabled automatic updates, it'll automatically update to the latest software once it’s available. /Andreas

- Answer Hi there! Currently, we do not have built-in AI features for summarizing your notes directly on the device. However, if you convert your handwritten notes to text, you could potentially use third-party AI tools or apps on other devices to summarize that text, but you'll have to export it first into another device.

- Answer Hi! Yes, you can copy and paste notes from online sources onto your reMarkable tablet, you'll have to use our desktop app so you can copy and paste notes from your computer to the files on your reMarkable.

- Answer Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. As of the moment, you can export your notes from reMarkable device as PDF or PNG files and then upload them to OneDrive manually. Direct integration with OneDrive isn’t available yet.

QuestionThe reMarkable 2 is equipped with 8GB, which doesn't seem like much. What is Connect subscription, is it required to maintain the history of your notes and, will you ultimately face subscription fees down the road after free trial expires?

- Answer It's not a lot, and you will be stuck with subscription fees when your trial runs out. This, coupled with needlessly difficult USB implementation, made me return it 2 hours after I bought it.

QuestionOkay I’m looking for a notebook to write a book on. This sounds great but can I load writing software onto this? Can I print from here ? And or use the internet? Does it have a check spell and grammar correct on it? Was it made for writing a book on?

It doesn't support third-party software, internet browsing, or include a spell check program. To print documents from it, you can use the "send by email" function or export the document from our companion app to print from your computer. /Stina
