Regarding the ice, it isn't unusual for a small amount of crushed ice to dispense even if cubed is selected, especially if crushed had been selected previously. When changing the selection, please make sure the control panel isn't locked, since this would prevent you from being able to change the ice type. If either of these issues persist, I would suggest calling 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak to an agent who can help determine whether service will be necessary. - Ms. Samsung
