Hello Wolvdog316, It sounds like your game/chat balance is not correctly balanced. Please note, both your Xbox console and your RIG 800 PRO HX have game audio/chat audio (speaker audio) balance functions. One the headset, it is the top dial button - turn it up towards the controller symbol and you get more of the game audio. Turn it down towards the person symbol and you get more of the chat audio in your speaker. You may have this dial turned all the way "up" towards the controller symbol which means you are getting all game and no chat. Also, check out your Xbox Series S console settings - make sure you have selected "Headset" for your Party chat output. To find this, go to Settings>Volume & Audio Output>Volume Options> and set Party Chat Output to "Headset".
