Hi Vic, There is no way for RIG 800 PRO HS to connect to an Xbox console and function properly for both speaker and microphone. In order for any wireless headset to work with Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S, it must have Microsoft's authentication chip. The HS version does not have that - just the HX version. Authenticated audio products will have the "Designed for Xbox" green, round decal on the packaging certifying it's been tested and approved by Microsoft for compatibility.
