No, it only supports the older TS 1.5 450 Ohm French Window Line.

Each banana plug is used to connect to a single conductor, so you would need to use two banana plugs at the bare wire side. And for whatever your application, you would need banana plug jacks on whatever device you were connecting too. Another "nail in the coffin" is that these are designed for thicker gauge wire (12-16 AWG), whereas the gauge used in your application is likely to be very thin and thus not connectable to these plugs.
