Our one Samsung non smart tv has no round connection to plug in Roku box. But it does have a HDMI port. So what to do? All our other tvs are smart tvs.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It turns your average TV into a smart TV, but your TV will need to at least have an HDMI port to connect to the Roku.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. It hooks up to a TV with an HDMI input, which then when hooked up gives you “Smart Apps” through the Roku.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. I have owned a roku for the last 8 years and none of my TVs have been smart TVs.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Roku will work on any HD TV with an HDMI port.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes I added one to a friends old Sony that only had 1 HDMI (he already had it in use), so I added an HDMI splitter to his 1 HDMI plug and used it for his Rokus Streaming Stick + and his other device. he just select which HDMI input he likes, but for now he's pretty much converted completely to just the Roku
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As long as you have a USB or HDMI connection on your TV the Roku provides the smart Champs but you must have input on your set
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. Your TV just needs an HDMI port that you connect the HDMI cable from the ROKU unit to your TV. Will work fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it will work on a non-smart TV via HDMI.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, absolutely. Smart TVs are not a good idea in that they can apparently spy on you. I have a top of the line SAMSUNG and have n-e-v-e-r used the "smart" functions, relying stead on my ROKU.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
