• In my experiences, yes, You will need a fiber cable to Bluetooth Transmitter to sync with your blue tooth device

• There is a headphone Jack on the remote so if your hearing aid is compatible, you can use that. Unfortunately the headphone Jack disables the volume to the TV so it's one or the other unless someone finds a trick to get around that.
