A:AnswerYes, when the headphones are plugged in, the volume is controlled by the remote. Unfortunately if you use the headphones regularly, the electronics burn out and the headphone jack stops working.
A:AnswerYes - you need a 4K TV if you want to watch 4K - however it works fine with my old TV that is not 4K and I have a great picture on a Pioneer TV that is at least 5 years old. It was probably an over kill to get the 4K version, but I got it as a very good price. So, the answer to your question is no you don't need a 4K TV for this to work.
A:AnswerWas in best buy in Orlando,FL, they had two of the 4661r units on the shelf by accident, tried to buy one, but they said the system will not let them sell the merchandise until Sunday the 7th. They apologized for getting me excited.
A:AnswerNetflix, Hulu and the Roku channels are among the channels that are installed automatically. There are hundreds of apps (channels) that can be easily added to the device. Many are free streaming services. One of my favorite channels is Kanopy which is a streaming service partnered with your local library that has many quality movies and documentaries to stream, there is a limit of streams per month. ( 8 I believe ). Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.
A:AnswerI’ve used this device with Vudu. No issues. You could run the soundbar through the TV itself. You’re not going to have enough outputs on the device to do otherwise.
A:AnswerAtmos is supported depending on the source. You should be able to play the new Jack Ryan series on Amazon Prime Video. It is their single title as of this writing. VUDU. In the case of Atmos if it doesn't work then make sure you are not using ARC. Brands like Samsung do not support that.
Hulu is only 5.1 with a few providers. You need to buy something like an XBOX One to get Atmos on Netflix (test with Lost in Space). This seems to be related to devices that can fully encapsulate any signal into Atmos. Mind boggling that the Roku devices are left out but so are all the other major devices.
If you hook directly into an AVR and can't get Atmos on the Jack Ryan title then you should open up a support ticket. It's simply pass through and the device shouldn't care. Mind you I am only speaking about streaming services and not something local on the USB or Plex, or Kodi.

A:Answerpretty much any app can be searched and found on the box. You just have to add it. If it doesnt show in their regular listing try a search by name or genre. There are a ton of apps not listed but are availible by a custom search. Great device and service, enjoy, I love it.
A:AnswerIf the tv came with a HDMI cable it was more than likely a HDMI 2.0 (HDCP 2.2) cable and not HDMI 2.2 as 2.1 hasn't really came out yet except for Belkin and EchoGear who don't necessarily call it HDMI 2.1 but have the transfer speeds (48Gbps) of HDMI 2.1. So go with HDMI 2.0 (18Gbps) unless you want to go with the mentioned above brands Belkin or EchoGear.
A:AnswerYes BUT Spectrum internet is required in order to use SpectrumTV on your roku or laptop. But the spectrumTV phone ap dont need spectrum internet
A:AnswerIn my case, I have a similar system.
My Sony AV unit has multiple HDMI connections on the back and I just devoted the ROKU to one of those ports.
A:AnswerMake sure you sign out of any streaming service you maybe using or they will play in the back grand eat data. I suspect your issue is related in someway
