    • Answer Thanks for asking, jimwood! This model is designed to sit in an open area on a countertop. This means it will require a minimum of 2 inches of space in the back and on the sides to allow for proper air flow. ^Jecca

    • Answer I haven't had good luck with toast. I don't want to have to flip it 3 times to get brown on all sides. don't think the rack holds it close enough to the element. Our old Samsung had a pull out rack and made excellent crispy toast.

    • Answer Great question, Donna! The interior light should come on when the door is opened and when a cooking function has been started. However, if the door is left open for a long period of time, the light will shut off until the door is closed and reopened again. ^Jecca

    • Answer Hi santphea! The grill heating element is built into the microwave and cannot be removed. However, the grill rack (that food is set on when using the grill feature) is removable and should only be used when using the grill option. ^Jecca

  • QuestionHow do you turn the obnoxious beep off? The manual says to press < or > at the same time. I assume they meant press < and > at the same time. That does not work. Maybe it's < or > and something else?

  • QuestionThis model was delivered yesterday, and I've already spent several hours trying to stop the beeps by pressing the < and > buttons together for several seconds. Unplugged the unit and plugged back in. Other tricks to try before I return? Thx for any help!

  • QuestionHas anyone been able to turn off the beeping ?I am following the instructions in the manual....and it does not work. Is there a trick to it???
