Thank you for reaching out and we hope you are in good health. We are happy that you have a Samsung range. We hope you will love how the range works and is a fit for your kitchen needs.
After 2 minutes without activity (or one minute when the oven is operating in standby mode), the control panel will turn to sleep mode (display will turn off). I have shared below the user manual link. Please click on the link and turn to page 32.

A:AnswerA 110 volt element will not deliver the advantages of a 220 volt unit. The 220 volt will reach the temperature far faster but it would depend on the size of the unit you are talking about.

A:AnswerWith any radiant/glass/smooth top range I've used over the past 18 years or so, it's best to use superior quality flat-bottomed cookware (no "rounding" on the outside edges). You'll find when using this type of cookware, the bottom fits each of the burners almost perfectly (6 to 12 inch burners) and cooking will be more efficient. Remember not to jack the heat up. These tops with that superior quality cookware get hot and stay hot at lower burner temperature settings.

Yes, the warming drawer has a control system of its own. The warming drawer has 3 temp settings, low - medium - max. I have included the user manual link below. Please click on the link and turn to page 63.

A:AnswerHi Justlindsay,
The knobs on the NE58F9710WS need to be pushed in first then turned as a safety precaution. However, Samsung cautions in the manual to avoid leaning on the knobs to prevent turning them on accidentally. It's also advisable not to place items on the stove that could be damaged or burn if the cook top is inadvertently turned on, or is left on after use.
Thank you,
Ms. Samsung
A:AnswerHi, codymom.
Glad you ask about your range on how to regulate the bridge mode. The Bridge surface unit control knob (left front) regulates this by following the steps:
1. Push the knob in.
2. Turn in either direction to the setting you want.
• To use the single surface unit, turn the control knob to the single burner setting.
• To use the bridge surface unit, turn the control knob to the bridge burner setting.
Also, the Recommended settings SETTING TYPE OF COOKING
HIGH Starting most foods, bringing water to a boil, pan broiling
MEDIUM HIGH Continuing a rapid boil, frying, deep fat frying
MEDIUM Maintaining a slow boil, thickening sauces, and gravies, steaming vegetables
MEDIUM LOW Keeping foods cooking, poaching, stewing
LOW Keeping foods warm, melting, simmering
I suggest you check this link to your user manual for assistance. Please go to pages 36 to 37.
