Yes, to a degree. HDMI inputs 1, 2 & 4 make no difference. HDMI 3 is an ARC used for connections to an A/V receiver or sound bar since it is sending audio. Once you connect the Xbox you can tell that port to automatically turn it on into Game mode which adjusts the picture and sound for better gaming experience. You can also change the input name to Xbox. Same with a cable box, except there is no preset for picture or audio. On other Samsung models they actually have icons next to the different HDMI inputs for you to follow, like a game controller...but I don't know if those have been preset to anything special like Game mode.
