A:AnswerNo. Don't do it and expect to be able to use it on a regular Verizon plan. The SIM card has to be recoded. It can be done but it's hard to find anyone who knows how to do it. Verizon Wireless will tell you it can be done & to go to a store and they will do it but when you go to the store, no one knows how to do it. I went to a few stores & finally found someone. It was a pain in the neck. Verizon said it only needed a new SIM card but that wasn't true. It's really only meant for prepaid calling. It works fine for Verizon prepaid calling. A few Verizon services are missing if you switch it to a regular Verizon plan. Tracfone does not work international at all even when recoded to work on a reg Verizon service. Not even Canada. It might work sporadically in Toronto but we never found a spot where it did. Buy a Verizon Samsung Galaxy A10e unlocked if you want reg Verizon service. Buy Verizon Tracfone if you want Verizon prepaid service.
