“The pictures shown with this model show a USB-A port on the right hand side and an HDMI port on the left, but neither are mentioned anywhere in the specs. Would love to know if those ports are actually there. The "pro" version doesn't have them. Thanks!”

The Galaxy Book2 360 (the non-Pro) model has one USB-A (3.0) port on the right side (regular size USB port with the blue connector). On the left side it has a full size HDMI port, and also two USB-C thunderbolt ports. The thunderbolt ports both have video output capability. And either thunderbolt port can be used to charge the laptop. You can even charge it from a portable power bank if you have one that can output enough power. The "Pro" models that I looked at did not have the HDMI port or the USB-A port.
