The S4 uses micro-USB, the S8 uses USB-C, they are not directly connectable, but you can get an adapter, like "Belkin - USB Type-C-to-Micro USB Charge-and-Sync Adapter - Black" for $7.99 at BestBuy. That would allow you to connect your micro-USB chargers to the S8. Note that the newer USB-C standard can charge at a faster rate, so using the micro-USB chargers will be about 15-20% slower if that matters.
