Q: QuestionIs the screen glass or still plastic and easily scratched

• A:Answer It's the same glass composite covered with a layer of plastic and on top of that it has the screen protector pre-installed from factory. I didn't try to scratch it to find out though. From normal use there's no scratches on mine at all.

• A:Answer Only the basic manufacturers warranty. I recommend buying an additional warranty just in case. I know the glass screen is delicate and while I haven't had any problems on my end, it could be an expensive replacement should it need repairing.

• A:Answer By the looks of if it is not dual sim. I have only one spot for a sim. Best buy does accept trade ins for the phone, but it looks like only with carrier activiation. or a side trade in phone and pay for it with the trade in, but no direct offer for offer for the unlocked i believe.

• A:Answer Yes this phone will support google fi. It has a sim card slot to put the sim card from your previous phone in. Do understand it will not be able to support all of the FI features, but it will work for most standard calls and messages and data just fine.
