I couldn’t imagine why it wouldn’t since Samsung products work well together but you haven’t really elaborated what you’re trying to do. In order to use it for watching movies and such you’d have to connect an HDMI cord from the source (Bluray/4K player, game console, etc) into the labeled HDMI port on the sound bar (for audio) then run a second HDMI cable from the ARC HDMI port on sound bar to the TV (for video). Both the audio and video will run to your TV but I usually turn the TV volume all the way down and listen exclusively on the sound bar. hope that helps.
