QuestionDoes the Q930b come with a wireless transmitter for the rear speakers? In the "from the manufacturer" section it shows one in the photo with all the parts, but it doesn't show on the standard product photos at the top of the page. Which is accurate?

- Answer The surround speakers directly connect to the system wirelessly, no rear receiver. But you need a power outlet within about 4 feet of each surround speaker as they only have power cords, no speaker wires.

QuestionDoes this package include an HDMI cable? Specifically, a cable to get Dolby Atmos content from the eARC of a TV. If not, which type of HDMI cables is needed? Thank you

- Answer Yes an HDMI cable of about 5 ft. Length is included with the system. It connects between the sound bar and the eARC HDMI input on your tv.

QuestionIs the Wireless Dolby Atmos going to work with Samsung - QN90A Neo QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV? I think that TV is 2021 and this advertise only 2022 so want to make sure before I bundle it together.

- Answer I couldn’t imagine why it wouldn’t since Samsung products work well together but you haven’t really elaborated what you’re trying to do. In order to use it for watching movies and such you’d have to connect an HDMI cord from the source (Bluray/4K player, game console, etc) into the labeled HDMI port on the sound bar (for audio) then run a second HDMI cable from the ARC HDMI port on sound bar to the TV (for video). Both the audio and video will run to your TV but I usually turn the TV volume all the way down and listen exclusively on the sound bar. hope that helps.

QuestionDoes the HDMI input to output allow 4k at 120hz to pass through?

- Answer You will not get 4k 120fps if you plug your device (PS5 for example) into the HDMI port on the sound bar. As a workaround, if your TV has earc, you could plug your console to the tv and the soundbar to the earc port on your tv and get everything to work as it should.

QuestionIf soundbar is connected via an HDMI cable to a Samsung SB95B OLED eARC port, will the soundbar turn on every time TV is turned on, or can you choose when to use the soundbar? I want to default to using the TV audio only and use the soundbar for movies.

- Answer Hello! I have the QN95B with eARC on Port 3. The soundbar is default when the TV is turned on when connected to that port. Selecting the quick settings menu on the remote, you can toggle the different sound profiles.

- Answer Hello Jjcats, The HW-Q930B Soundbar is exclusively sold by Best Buy and has never been available for purchase on Samsung's website. If you are needing software updates or the manual you can still find this information on Samsung's website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “Home Theater” > “Sound Bars”. From there, you can select the HW-Q930B under Q Series. ~Samsung Solutions

QuestionAll the I formation says Dolby Atmos only available through earc. I have a 2018 Samsung 75NU6900 TV with only arc. Will I still get dolby atmos with just arc or do I need earc?

- Answer Hello Carl, You will need to enable Dolby Digital+ within your TV for this to work. Navigate to Settings, and then select Sound. Select Expert Settings, and then select Digital Output Audio Format. Next, choose your desired audio format: Dolby Digital+. If your TV is unable to change to this setting, then you will not be able to play Atmos content from your TV to your soundbar through streaming apps. ~Samsung Solutions

- Answer Hello Jo, When using the HW-Q800B Soundbar with the SWA-9500S Wireless Rear Speakers you will have a total of 7.1.4 channels. The HW-Q930B Soundbar features 9.1.4 channels as the soundbar itself has an additional two side firing speakers for added surround sound. The rear speakers on the HW-Q930B Soundbar have also been re-designed to have a better look in 2022. ~Samsung Solutions

QuestionSay I adjust the subwoofer to 3 and then later on I decide I want to turn it up to 5. When I hit subwoofer to turn it up to 5 it says 0. When I would think it would say 3 where I left it. Does it show 0 automatically when you hit it to adjust again?

- Answer The button has a toggle function as well as a regular click function. If you click subwoofer it resets to 0 but if you just toggle the button up or down it will adjust from it's current setting without going back to 0 first.
