Hi Dave! When pressing the Sound Control button on your Soundbar remote (looks like a gear), you will be able to select REAR LEVEL and use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range. If you are still unable to adjust the volume, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for Soundbars), 8AM -12AM EST (Mon-Fri), 9AM – 6PM EST (Sat), text HELP to 62913, LiveChat on Samsung.com, or Email: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/#contact_us_for_support ^Tim
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. With the remote, walk up to the sound bar so you can see the display on top. Press the settings button (gear symbol) and keep scrolling through and you will see all the channels pop up. Front, front side, center, etc. When you get to rear, rear side, rear top you push up or down on the directional wheel ( or whatever it’s called). Once you have the desired volume go back to the settings button to continue scrolling.
