I'm not with Samsung; I am a customer. We bought the Q990b with high hopes. The first one was delivered on July 18th, 2022. We returned the first one and got a replacement on August 4th 2022 due to the back left speaker remaining disconnected most of the time. The replacement is also defective. Same issue. Connects at first then back left speaker is disconnected 95% of the time. We are trying to decide whether to exchange for a 3rd time or just give up and return the soundbar. Very frustrating.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We've owned this for a month (of heavy use). We experienced this issue the first night, updated the firmware, and haven't had it recur since. Since it was fixed in firmware, I think you're safe to purchase any 990B in stock.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m not Samsung but I have this setup and my only issues were with initial set up. I didn’t have the time to really tackle it until a couple of days after receipt because of my work schedule but when I did it’s been trouble free since. Mostly I think my troubles with lack of connection and sound settings were due to my lack of working knowledge and experience but after reading a bit and watching three videos on YouTube about troubleshoot technique I’m pleased to say that my sound bar setup is working wonderfully and it’s better than expected. I upgraded from a nice klipsch 5.1 setup and the ease and convenience of the Q990B is awesome! It’s paired with the QN90B and that extra bit of sound from the tv makes the center channel even greater.
