- Answer Mine did the same. I opened it up and found one of the fans had stopped working. Replaced the fan and it works fine now.

QuestionIf I use a pair of these in stereo connected to my TV through Bluetooth can the bass be adjusted to zero (or close to zero). I have neighbors and have to lower bass dramatically after 8 pm. Thanks

- Answer Hi Norm! The Sound Towers feature a Bass Enhancement mode that can be enabled or disabled, you cannot adjust the bass manually to lower it to a lower level. ^Tim

QuestionCan 6 be paired ro play simultaneously in 3 stereo sets for multi room operation? If multiroom, can the volume on each speaker be adjusted independantly while all 6 are playing the same song? Thanks

- Answer 6 can be paired to play simultaneously. And the volume on each speaker can be adjusted independently. However, If using the remote to change volume, all the speakers will change, it will be easier to change the volume independently by pressing the button on each separate speaker.

QuestionI have a Samsung Giga NX - J730 hooked up to a Vizio smart TV via rca plugs. It can't find the TV doing a search and I forgot how I bypassed this before. I just moved and trying to set back up I can't get my TV through the speakers. What do I need to do?
