I have this model and have not had any issues. This model is also not listed as part of the defective models, as I ran my serial number to confirm. I've owned it for over 2 years and has worked great.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is NOT just the extreme pro version. That version is just worse. This specific product fails frequently. Mine got corrupted the very first time I used it. Luckily I checked my backup — empty disk and system errors trying to access it … Just as reported in the literature. Unfortunately, Best Buy won’t let me return it because I didn’t discover the problem in time, and sandisk’s return process is so ridiculously convoluted that it’s not worth the trouble. I’m never buying a sandisk product again.
