• A:Answer Your TB4 port is fully backward compatible with TB3 accessories, and will function fine (to the limitations of the TB3 spec). In this case, you should have no issues seeing full speed as long as your computer (hardware & OS) is setup properly. Most 2016+ Macs should definitely work without issue.
