On the instructions is says you’re able to change the song and the volume level. If you click it once you can turn it all the way to the right and it turns the volume up. Make sure it’s not set on changing the music. I’m not even sure how mine got turned down but it did! Took me forever to figure it out.

Please try again later.No seriously the dude who basically said the BT device has its own volume setting and all you need to do is hold the knob in whichever direction you need to go was on to something. I was changing it while driving and accidentally turned the volume all the way down and couldn’t figure it out. Thank you to that dude and I hope you have a wonderful day tomorrow
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Holding down the (right) skip forward button brought the volume up and fixed the problem of no sound. It seems like somehow the problem was that the volume on the device had been turned down to 0. I still get the static after turning volume up, but at least it works now.
