- Answer Yes, you may turn the RGB lighting on or off AND change the pattern of lighting using the app that is included. While it is USB 3.2, it is backwardly compatible with previous implementations for USB

- Answer It definitely will work with a Windows 11 laptop or desktop. It would need a USB-A port (standard box-shaped USB port), not the newer USB-C (rounded on the ends and slimmer) port
