if the motor is running and it’s not picking up any dirt you either have a clog in the hose or a hole somewhere. they are very easy to disassemble and take a peek I wouldn’t pay for expensive repairs unless the motor isn’t turning on, and even then I would contact shark to see if they can help you as they come with a warranty

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you purchased at Best Buy did you get the extended warranty? If so take it back to Best Buy. If not you should check the hoses for objects clogging, if there’s more than a clogged hose, look for vacuum repair shops. It may cost more than purchasing a new one. If you do get a new one get the warranty.
