• No- it does pull forward to some degree on carpet, however it can be hard to pull back towards you as well.

• It’s supposed to be self propelled but it’s really not as good as the previous one with out the apex function. If you take the tank off then yes it’s lighter and very easy self propel. But if it’s all put together like an upright, not using it as a canister very hard to use.
