how do you get the filter out null

When you take the cone off the motor, reach in and grasp the black plastic/rubber frame holding the filter, and wiggle it a bit—it’ll come out, and you can empty the filter and take it off to clean it. The first time, it doesn’t look like it’ll come out without breaking, but it does.

Hello, We would like to inform you that the filter for Shark® Bagless Cordless Hand Vac is very easy to remove. Start by removing the dust cup from the vacuum. To do so, press the dust cup release button and pull out the dust cup. You will now have access to the filter located in the dust cup. Pull on it to remove. We hope this information helps.
