A:Answer When you take the cone off the motor, reach in and grasp the black plastic/rubber frame holding the filter, and wiggle it a bit—it’ll come out, and you can empty the filter and take it off to clean it. The first time, it doesn’t look like it’ll come out without breaking, but it does.
