• It doesnt appear to be an option to change the default cleaning mode. Mine always starts in normal mode. Maybe try resetting to default settings?

• The default setting is NORMAL.l.not HIGH and not ECO. I cannot find this information anywhere and will contact the company tomorrow via phone. Why would they hide this excellent feature? I know it’s in the app as I stumbled on it on it once…..can’t find it anywhere….

• We would like to recommend checking in the Cleaning preferences in the app to see if it will allow you to switch for automatic Eco mode to regular mode.
