    • Answer I purchased this device to use in our camper to watch movies and such Netflix as well as to use our phones. We have used it 2 weekends now I turn it off when we’re not using it. I think we only used like less then 10 gbs total so far. We purchased the 40 gbs plan It is very easy to setup all online.

    • Answer No, there is no fee other than the data you buy. For example, if you want to, you can pay $35 for 15GB of data, and you can keep using the data, until you use up 15GB, or until one month goes by: whichever comes first. Then, you can wait as many months as you want to buy data again. If you don't need to use the hotspot every month, you can just wait until you really need it. There is also the "Auto Refill" option, which will charge you $35 automatically, once every month, and then you can always have available data. But Auto Refill is an only an option, and is not required.

    • Answer Not sure how many people but we had 6 different items on it. Three laptops, two desktops, and a cell phone at the same time. It did not drag at all.Moxee is an ideal hotspot but don't use Tmobile's phone cards. One serious issue that is causing us to change to a different phone card is their abysmal customer service. Using T-mobile's phone card is not worth it. The customer service we have received is less than one star. They do not know how to change passwords on the Moxee site and cannot help with the WPS timeout. We wasted over four hours trying to find an answer and never found one. We were even lied to about having the receipt emailed to us (can't be done even though we gave our email address 7 times!!!) So keep that in mind if you need to use TMobile phone cards for the mobile hotspot. You may want to consider using some other phone card than Tmobile due to crappy customer service. We are going to run out this phone card and then switch to a different carrier to avoid using Tmobile's less than desirable customer service. If there was someplace to complain about their customer service, we would.

    • Answer I Believe It Will Work. I Travel Through The Country With This Hotspots While I’m Working So My Son Can Use His iPad. Its Been Working Pretty Well. Especially In Dead Zones. Just Keep It Charged As Your Using It Because The More Devices Hooked Up To It The More Battery It Drains. Be Safe & Enjoy Your Camping Trip. Keep Us Updated On How It Works. I May Want To Go Camping Soon :).

    • Answer The device is network locked so it will only accept a SIM from Simple Mobile. To unlock it for use with any other network you must call Simple Mobile (1-877-878-7908) and ask them to unlock your device, a process which will cost you $150.

    • Answer Unfortunately, no the device requires a mobile device data connection (signal from a T-mobile cell tower). When in the ocean away from land these signals are not present thats why your cell phone won't work either. The cruise ship uses a satellite connection to send and receive digital data and can provide it for its passengers at a premium.
