It depends on the connections your factory or aftermarket stereo has, this has a special pin connector that goes to the back of the radio.

Most new car radios are SiriusXM equipped already and just need to be activated on the phone. Ask your dealership if your radio is factory equipped for SiriusXm Radio. If not, this device works with a lot of newer radios, but you’ll need to know your radio brand/model and if it has an adapter to accept XM radio plug in device. If so, google to see what adapter works with that radio.
