You can set her up as a guest user, or just give her the username and password for the account. Just note that if you are watching the TV that's hooked up and she logs on, she can disconnect you form what you are watching and vice verse.

You'll need a computer in the Slingbox location to configure the Slingbox, but as long as the remote user's computer meets the minimum system requirements for the Slingbox 500 (http://www.slingbox.com/go/slingbox-500-techspecs), and has the SlingPlayer plugin installed they'll be able to stream just fine.
