I just had my new washer from Best Buy delivered today. The delivery person would not install my new washer unless they used the new hoses. I had new stainless steel hoses I had purchased recently on the old washer - they said "made no difference" they needed to install with the new hoses. When buying, it would not let me buy the warranty without purchasing the new hoses. But I made them take my good hoses off my old washer and leave them with me. This is just forcing you to spend more money. They could always have it in the warranty that hoses are not covered unless purchased with washer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you buy an extended warranty and want BB to install for free, they want to use new hoses. IS it bs? probably, but if anything goes wrong with the water or hoses and they use your old hoses, they can say "oh it was your old hoses".
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.if you just bought then you can use them. note that if you got a steam dryer you will need an extra one
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you want their help to hook up the hoses, I think you still need to purchase them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you do if you want them to install, but it’s simple to do yourself. Use braided hoses and do it yourself. The reason they require new ones is because they’ve been sued for damages from using old ones.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, if you want BB to install the washer
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would not think so!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.no.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. You do not need to buy any hoses at all. It will not affect the warranty or performance. Obviously you do want good quality newer hoses to avoid flood problems from worn leaking hoses.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No you shouldn’t have to buy another set. Your previous stainless steel connects should work fine, unless you have different connections on your washer but I haven’t seen any other different ones so you should be fine.
