- Answer I just had my new washer from Best Buy delivered today. The delivery person would not install my new washer unless they used the new hoses. I had new stainless steel hoses I had purchased recently on the old washer - they said "made no difference" they needed to install with the new hoses. When buying, it would not let me buy the warranty without purchasing the new hoses. But I made them take my good hoses off my old washer and leave them with me. This is just forcing you to spend more money. They could always have it in the warranty that hoses are not covered unless purchased with washer.

- Answer Strange problem new washer new stainless hoses everything fine for a few loads. Then both hoses sprung a leak right in the middle of the hose looks like a burnt cut make. Scratching my head figured had to be defective hoses maybe a contractor cut them by mistake and returned them as new. Ok fine it happens got two new hoses the next day one of the hoses did the exact same thing no idea what could cause this. Looks like a burnt cut in the middle of the braid. Anyone ??? I’m at a loss.

- Answer Although your house is 110 VAC. Your dryer hookup should be 220 VAC. The washer is a 110 VAC appliance.

- Answer No. Can buy drain pan separately. (Not sure if Best sells drain pans but I know Lowe's does.) But, the problem is how do you drain the drain pan. The pan will NOT hold the water of a broken washing machine.

- Answer Yes, since most new washers don’t come with hoses any more then the sales person should recommend the steel braided hot and cold hoses. If they don’t, just ask for the steel braided hose with the washers at the time of your purchase
