QuestionI recently had a new counterdepth refrigerator installed with a stainless steel water line. My husband insists that the fridge can't be pushed back all the way because it will bend the water line 90 degrees and cause a leak. Is this true?

- Answer If the water line comes straight out of the wall you need to add a 90 degree fitting first then attach the water line. This way you won’t bend the hose.

- Answer It depends on weather or not you already have a T valve on your existing supply line. The kit doesnt come with one, but a T valve isn't an absolute necessity, the line without it still works, but youll have to shut off your water any time you change out your refrigerator.

- Answer They told me they don’t do anything the plumber does. Won’t drill through cabinets or risk damaging any walls in the property and basically they just replace an old or broken pre existing water line and plug it into the fridge for you

- Answer From what I have seen a plumber would have a water line to the source ready for hookup , installers for the refrigerator usually only hooks the fridge to the water line supplied to the source that is already provided ! I hope this helps

- Answer You should be able to remove the doors since it doesn’t have anything running through them as far as electrical or water lines. I recommend geek squad installation. They’ll do the work for you.

- Answer This connector is designed to be used with your under the sink cold water connection. Unless you make adjustment so your under the floor water line connection matches the under the sink line setup I doubt it will work with this unit.
