Sonos has a desktop app (http://www.sonos.com/en-us/controller-app) that can play local content and apps for playing podcasts, but it doesn't have an Audible app for direct playback of audio books. They do have integration with Amazon Prime music, so I imagine it is only a matter of time before they work out the problems with Audible integration.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe I heard the SONOS was partnering with Amazon to us some of their features on the SONOS App. You can call SONOS direct and ask them. They have a great support team. 800-680-2345
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you any item downloaded onto a device, you should have no trouble listening to podcasts. You will still use Sonos controller as the gateway regardless of device
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sonos is a streaming service. You open the app on your phone, mac, pc, whatever and select what you want to listen to. While there are loads of supported streaming services, aubidlbe currently is not one of them. If you have the book file on your phone or mac you could load it and play it from iTunes since Sonos can play what is on your current device. Audible support is supposed to be coming later this year via a Sonos update. Sonos is not like bluetooth or Apple Airplay, you can't send your audio to the speaker device like you can with an Airplay or Bluetooth speaker.
