Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First I went to the Sonos website and looked up the specs. The wattage wasn't listed, so t contacted the Sonos chat line. The person was helpful within the bounds imposed by corporate policy. In other words, Sonos doesn't publish power outputs for their speakers. The chat person did a good job of explaining why Sonos doesn't publish that spec, but if the company has a policy of not providing certain info, the chat person won't be able to answer the question. I provided feedback to Sonos because I think it's generally better to be transparent about things. I will say that I own a Play 1 speaker and use it in a smallish room (about 130 square feet). Recently I demo'd the speaker for one of my musician friends. He thought the Play 1 was plenty loud and very clear. We listened to some jazz and also a sampling of other genres. Hope this is helpful.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think Sonos don't like telling people the wattage. But if I had to guess I wound say 75 to 100 plus yeah there pretry loud. For me it's the sound quality , and it's amazing it changed the way i lis ten to music. Hope this helped you out

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not sure of the wattage as they have a built in amplifier. They do not draw much power from the outlet though. The sound is better than most wired speakers.
