The main difference between the HTCT790 and the HTNT5 is the following: power output (total) 400 W and amplifier channels 6.1ch for the HTNT5 model; as per the HTCT790 the power output (total) 330 W and amplifier channels 2.1 ch. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The new NT5 sound bar has enhanced super tweeters for enhanced sound. The key feature will be High Res audio playback. The NT5 can play non compressed audio files for a much clearer sound. It does have an upscaler for your non High Res audio files. The system as a whole sports 400 watts combined compared to 330 watts from the HT 790.
