QuestionYesterday, bought Sony tv kd-70x690e, Sony blue-ray ubp-x700 & soundbar ht-ct290. Watched a movie last night and all was good. Today tried to watch another but sound would not come though sound bar. Will work if I change audio to anything except English.

- Answer I have the same problem. Today bar not work with hdmi arc . ( After 2 months when work fine ) . I m not resolve this problem..

QuestionHi am using a Sony mini HiFi system component. It works alright but anytime I increase the volume a little higher, it turns off to standby mode with the power light blinking. Can it possible be that the cooling fan is faulty?. Thanks

- Answer Hello, I would try shutting all the devices off and unplug from ac wall receptacle, then re-Bluetooth or re-pair all devices, making sure you have the minimum spacing required between all devices, I had a problem trying to pair the subwoofer when I first tried to pair the devices, all works well today, hope this helps, Thanks.

- Answer It would work but with that kind of investment in your TV, I would go with something a little more on the premium end. I used mine with a bedroom TV and it's wonderful for that but if it was my main listening room, I would go for more power.

- Answer Recheck how you have it hooked up and the TV settings. If you didn't connect with optical cable, I suggest you do. I can tell you that mine is so loud I constantly get yelled at to lower it from my wife and it isn't even turned up that much.

QuestionI got a Sony Subwoofer SA-WCT290, but don't have the SONY soundbar to go with it. Can I pair the subwoofer with any other device? When I turn it on, the LED is red, then when I press 'Link' the LED blinks green, but can't find it with bluetooth.

QuestionI’ve had my sound bar since 2019 and of coarse the warranty is already done with. My sound bar won’t turn off. I’ve tried the remote and I’ve tried plugging it and unplugging it. I’ve tried directly from the sound bar and nothing seems to work.

QuestionBought this speaker 2 years ago, broke 2 months ago go it back today from the repair shop and now it won't reconnect to the soundbar, tried everything on the manual, reset, relink it won't work.... Anyone got this issue and to it fixt ?????? Thanks

QuestionThis sound bar has been the worst I have ever bought. 3 months into using it...the sound bar would sometimes not play any base and I would have to unplug it off and on to get it working. Then a year later the sound bar base would not all the sudden turnon

QuestionMy sound bar skips only when the subwoofer is on. If I turn off the subwoofer the skipping stops. Only happens when i am listening to music via blue tooth from my phone. If I switch it to tv mode the skipping no longer occurs even with the woofer on

- Answer Try unplugging it from the power source and let.it reset. Sounds like the Bluetooth may be the interference. Also try resetting your phone powered turning it off and then power it back up. Set up Bluetooth again and see.if that works. Hope this helps
