QuestionHow can I enable the screen zoom/aspect ratio menu? Been going crazy trying to figure it out with no luck and even tried doing a search on Google with no luck. My 3 year old watches programs with logos and I need to Zoom in so the logo won't show.

- Answer I own a Sony A8H. Here is the way to adjust the screen size. The method with Comcast, is to first go to settings. Next, find Video Display. Your set is probably defaulting to 4K. Move that to 1080P, and make sure you lock it in. That will now open Screen selection on your TV. When you are done, just reverse the procedure so you can get 4K programming again. Good luck.

- Answer Yes. I just returned a newly bought one thinking it was defective. Now that I have a different set I see it’s not a defect. These sets are just built like that. I’m going to return this one as well. It’s just too dark. I’m very disappointed.
